Gregory Roberts and Mario Morrison, the two men charged with last year’s murder of Green Pond High School student, Shineka Gray, are to go on trial in the St James Circuit Court on November 19.

The date was set by High Court judge Justice Evan Brown today, following a case management hearing involving their attorneys and the prosecution.

Both men were further remanded.

The prosecution is to call 21 witnesses.

Roberts is being represented by attorneys-at-law Chumu Parris and Shelly-Ann Hyman, while Morrison is being represented by Martyn Thomas.

The body of the 15-year-old schoolgirl was found with multiple stab wounds in bushes in Irwin, St. James on February 1, 2017, three days after she was reported missing.

Gray, who was a Grade 10 student, was last seen alive in Montego Bay on her way home from the funeral of a schoolmate.
