CALHOUN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A school bus driver accused of driving under the influence, leading to a bus rollover crash, has accepted a guilty plea agreement, according to court documents.

In the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, Jeffrey Brannon, 54, of Big Bend, entered a guilty plea to three counts of DUI causing serious bodily injury and 16 counts of child neglect, creating a risk of serious bodily injury or death.

The students, who ranged from ages 11 to 18, were aboard an activity bus on March 4 leaving Calhoun Middle-High School when the crash happened.
