The Spartanburg County coroner said he is investigating the death of an inmate.The coroner said 52-year-old James Todd Hall was incarcerated at Livesay Correctional Center on Broadcast Drive in Spartanburg.The coroner said he was called to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center on Friday, where Hall died.An initial exam did not reveal any evidence of foul play but toxicology tests are pending, the coroner said.
